Ode to Stress

I'm rich and I'm filthy,
I'm smart and I'm kind,
I'm slim and I'm sexy,
I'm young and I'm over paid,
I'm tall and I'm beautiful baby...

What it all comes down to
Is that everything's gonna be great, great, great
Cuz I've got one hand in my gucci
and the other one's holding hands with Jude Law.

No matter how stressful the day can get, there's always something to find happiness in, and when you find it (in the start of the day, middle or end) you are given that extra lift to face all the challenges that'll be thrown your way.

Here's a run-down of the things that made me feel happy this week =D

#1 Abrupt changes of AVP will make my job as SME for the coming weeks more... let me put a perfect word for it, ahhh... laidback. Compared to the old jurisdiction of his excellency, Mr. E, my role came to a startling new twist from dramatic to flaccid. And this is something to celebrate for, my prayers were answered finally. Goodbye call monitoring~! Adieu coaching sessions~! Sayonarra stress tabs~!

#2 Ahhhh, the power of prayers! Pepeng did revert its path and evaded the flooded cities of Metro Manila. I still feel devastated over the tragedy that left hundreds homeless and others barely scraping by. Though we survived with no more than a flooded street that quickly subdued after few hours, we are indeed very fortunate to be living down south compared to most people living up north. My boss and the higher ups commended our dedication (only 4 of us out of 14 team members reported for work last Sept.26) during the peak of Ondoy's storm surge.

#3 He didn't quit, only laterally transferred. What's the big deal?

#4 I might go to Singapore by the end of the month. I'm keeping my fingers tightly crossed. =)

Stuffs like this, really really fascinates me. Aren't you?

I've been going through a lot of things lately and now, I see a little light.
I'm starting to feel that things are going to be better after all.
