march madness.

Looking back on how March was spent, sure all the good and bad times together with the better days were there but it was time well spent for me. Though Feb sucked big-time (uy bitter *lols*) I promised everyone that March would be different and so far, would be my best act on work, play, party, travel, etc.. basically everything that defines me... =)

1. College Peepz Mini Get-together
Kudos to the SSC '09 for a very successful U-Week held last Feb (yeah I know it's late). It surely made me realize how proud I am that you've lived up to your responsibilities, followed our "leadership by example" adage and accomplished a lot as much as we did during our term. I miss my college student council batchmates too. Though not all were present, let's not be contented and instead, plan a major get-together bash on April! =)

Good times. Good Times. Ate Cess, swimming na 'to!

2. Bebe ko.. bebe ko... bebe?
You've Changed My Life was just uber superb. I'm actually not a fan of filipino chick flicks but the moment Mon, Ella and Joyce clammored to watch the said film, they just wouldn't take no for an answer. It turned out great and I had a really good laugh which I haven't had for a long time. Matatawa ka na lang sa ka-cornihan hehe. Feels so darn good that I was able to get out and have a breather after boring myself a hole in our workplace due to our tiring schedule.

Singuls Super Club! Mon, Lhez, Ella, Joyce, Blessy

Best part?
Manang: (She peeks at the door and talks to Laida in a taunting way) Siguro letter "A" ka.
Laida: Bakit naman po?
Manang: Kasi baka you're not meant to "B". Akinse na, hindi na Valentines.

... reminds me so much of those times with him who I once knew, haha!

3. The Final Set
It feels great to be part of its history and being part of the final set.

4. Career move.
Had a session last night with my boss regarding my soon regularization come April 6th. My boss has all praises for my performance eversince I became part of the account. =) I'm pretty suprised myself that I'd actually love my current job though the truth that I am "under employed" is undeniably painful. Geez. Need to sort what I really want, now that this matter has turned into a serious argument at home. My Aunt has spoken with me couple of days ago which means that my days of nonchalance is over. I detest realizing that I have to actually wrestle important people in my life just to win this issue and stay with this career which I'm growing to love more and more... =(

My Workstation =)

To Quote Zsazsa Padilla's 40 Tips for a Better 2008:

"Enjoy the ride. Remember this is not Disney World and you certainly don’t want a fast pass. You only have one ride through life so make the most of it and enjoy the ride."

Questions:

Is the ride which I have taken now worth my license and diploma which I've accomplished over the past years?

Does it really matter if end up "under employed"?

Will this even matter after 5 years - in case I get promoted and assume higher role/s?
